1. Digital Course Refunds

Since PharmaLesson.com offers instant-access digital courses, all sales are final once the course materials have been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You have not accessed or downloaded any course materials (PDFs, videos, quizzes, etc.).
  • The course was purchased accidentally (e.g., duplicate purchase).

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  • If the course was purchased during a discounted/sale period.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the eligible period with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for refund

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


3. Defective or Unavailable Content

If you encounter technical issues (e.g., broken links, missing content), contact us immediately for assistance. We will either:

  • Fix the issue promptly, or
  • Offer a partial/full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.


4. Subscription & Membership Plans

For recurring subscriptions:

  • You may cancel future payments at any time, but no refunds are issued for already-paid periods.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
